Although I'm trying to lose fat, I'm thinking about going back on weight gainer shakes. The normal servings on weight gainer shakes are HUGE! I would simply cut the recommended serving size in half. This would allow me to have a quick, cheap, healthy breakfast.

Any thoughts on this plan?

Wieght Gain shakes tend to be mostly sugar.....may want to think about using a MRP or just plain old fashioned food.

yeh the only good "weight gain" shakes I know of are:
1. HDT Solid Gains (60g Protein, 100g carbs(only 6g sugar), 6g fat(from flaxseed oil)
2. Prolab NLarge (not sure on the exact nutrition specs of this one, but it's not as good, it has less carbs, but w/ more sugar, less protein(all concentrate), and no flax.....

That being said..... oatmeal, flax(or olive oil), and a reg old protein shake makes a great breakfast if you have an extra few minutes

Weight fainer shakes are not meal replacements. Stick to whey to get your protien and eat clean food.
