I been on my diet now for 4 weeks and lost 7lbs, my current weight is 215.4lbs, I workout 4 days a week and eat 2000 calories I kno it's low but my metabolism is slow and I only drop 2lbs a week from that, my macros are 200g of protein, 80-140 carbs and about 50-80g fats, my goal weight is 175lbs by end of July. I'm 5 4" with a really good amount of muscle.

Great progress thus far. 2lbs a week consistently is fast. be happy with it. Time flies when your diet is in the zone.
