I've just hit this less than 2 hours. Was a nice pr. I thinks it's good considering I'm only back deadlifting since Christmas and never lifted more than 315 before that.

I have question regarding bench aswell. I'm flaring like a mf lately on close grip and today my shoulder is sore. How do I flare less?

Nice job on the pr. Keep it simple. Tuck your arms hard and hit your lats harder.

Good work on the pulls.

What do you mean flaring? As Scott said you should be pinching your shoulder blades together and trying to pack them into the bench.
