Weight: 158-165 at any given time

Just moved up to VT and am finally able to lift again. The new gym doesn't have nearly half the nice gear/equipment (chains/bands/bumpers/etc..) but I'm making due.

Looking to get my big boy muscles back and move some heavy things again.

Here are my two recent workouts since starting up again after the move. Getting over an injury and the move but feeling pretty solid and ready to get things moving again.

ME Upper:

BB Bench - 245 x 5 / 265 x 5 / 275 x 3 / 285 x 2 / 245 x 8
* DB Work
* Bent Over Reverse DB Fly’s
* Lat Pull-Downs to Abdomen
* DB Hammer Curls
* Rotator Cuff Stuff
* Standing DB Shoulder Press
* Rolling DB Extentions
