Hey everybody, I'm not new here, but it has been awhile since I last posted. I was just wanting you all to look at my stack and my workout and tell me what you think could be tweaked if anything at all. Thanks and I appreciate it.

stack: 1,000 omega 3,6, and 9 oil with Borage and Flaxseed mixed
One a day mens vitamin and Sesamin 3 times a day

Mon. chest&back
bench press
45lb 10reps/95lb 8reps/145 6reps/ 225 4reps/245 3-4 sets 6 reps-3min. rest between sets
dumbell press(flat bench) 90lb 4 sets 7 reps
wide grip pull-downs
50lb 12 reps/70lb 8 reps/100lb 4 sets 6 reps (this maybe too light, especially since i'm doing 70 at 8 reps)

wed traps&delts
seated military press barbell
45lb 12/95lb 8/105lb 4/125 3sets 6 reps
seated shrugs
40lb 12/50lb 10/70lb 8/ 90lb 4 sets 6 reps

sat quads&hams
45lb 12/ 95lb 10/ 145lb 8/205lb 6/ 265lb 4 sets 6 reps
stiff-legged deadlifts
45lb 12/ 95lb 10/135lb 8/ 205lb 4sets 6 reps

Well that's it for the most part. I might switch between different supplement exercises, but I pretty much stick to the six rule since I'm cutting.
Started cutting one month ago
starting weight 260lb and now I'm at 255lb.
