Had a rather large bout of depression, on the brink of bankruptcy, new baby on the way in a few months - I had to get back into the gym, I was going to kill myself; Or someone else. I can't even remember my PR's, I think I had a 275 raw bench and a 385 shirted bench at 220. I've no idea. I don't care.
Upto 4pps single. Not a PR but, three months back into training and first pull.

Standing BB Press
Worked upto 95x10 I think? Have done 180 seated for 3/4, but keeping things in the spirit of light for my acc day.
Lots of shoulder stuff, UR rows, laterals, triceps, curls and calves.
Not too concerned with numbers on this day. More details in future logs.

220x1x6 Sumo. Working more on just fast. Feet touching plates without a bother. Fuck I'm large.
Good mornings, back raises, pull throughs and shrugs to finish.
Could not stop sweating this afternoon. Unsure if it was the 7000calories of pizza or not, but sure as was annoying.
Heavy bench tomorrow or wednesday, hoping for a 285, but I'll settle for a 275.

Upto 275, all time raw PR. Not bad 3 months back in.
Dips, plate raises, seated cable rows, face pulls, tricep press downs and cuuuuuuurls.

figured out how to use lats. May have also supposed to do speed. I can't remember.
Heavy squat tomorrow, have belt again.

Worked upto 352lbs with just the belt, unsure if high or not. Normally when I feel high its JUST paralell, so I'm going with that. Shut it down there as I felt going up I would just be cutting it high as I have no box to squat to, would be able to comfortably do 400 with belt + wraps, in my mind. LOL.

Pretty sure I'm upto heavy pulls next week, see how things feel now I've loosened the belt a few bolt holes!
3 weeks into the cube, and I'm liking the concepts behind it. I don't get enough rest, I can't eat enough, so having the option to recover for that much longer seems like a great idea. I know guys have stretched it out before over 2 weeks etc, but I'm responding fairly quickly. Pretty excited I'm hitting PRs already, and I should be weak as hell.

Upto 4 plates, missed twice. Have a large rip on my right hand a few mm deep, blaming it on that. The pulls were 10 fold faster than I've ever pulled that weight before, even when I was able to pull 440-450 for a double, but the bar just didn't play nice. Need to work on getting my hands on the knurnling rather that on the smooth part of the bar. Starting with hips higher, felt a world easier. I think I'll be good for 5 plates shortly, not in this cycle, but shortly.
Disappointed with that, went through the motions with acc work.

Fast, for all of them. 60% of 1RM for RAW weight seems like a good number to train with, as I'm still not an advanced lifter. Lats engaged a little, need to do activation exercises or stop and think before I press on these. Form feels good, but I'm still thinking of being in a shirt and throwing the bar BACK not up.
Incline, lats, upperback, tris. Done.

Given access to some plyometric boxes, did some depth jumps. Good mornings, pull throughs, extensions.

I think so, the endorphins not so much, more of the structure of my days/weeks.

Speed good, form good, hand placement better. Good times!

then a miss on 285, Stuck and could of grinded but nope.
Missed acc work for 2 weeks due to work, need more shoulder work.

Had a few sessions off, feeling pretty beat up so I didn't squat on friday. Also had the runs soooo....
Acc Work tomorrow.
Tipped the scales at 281 on thursday, which gives me a chance to get on another 20lbs before december - AWESOME.
