Im 18 lifting for 4 years 2 with supliments. I have a 6 day work out. 5'10 160 and wnat to get bigger. And yes i do lift legs. I am currently taking Protein glutamine and cycling back on creatine. What else is recemended. Im staying away from andro and other test. boosters. ANy help would be great.

If you're trying to gain just eat more healthy foods. Chicken, lean red meat, salmon, tuna, turkey, oats, rice, sweet potatoes, veggies.
I would just use some whey and either gatoraid or dextrose for after you train.

yeah man, thats all you basically need with supplements.......no need to waste $$ you could spend on extra plates. gj with cycling the creatin, although after taking it for 2 years i would take a year off and only take it every 6 months. make sure you take multivitamin, and eat mad carbs if you wanna gain weight (but not to fatboy point) - :thumbup:
