I want to add barbell curls and Tricep exercise in, what day should I add these? I'm doing the 4 days per week routine. Thank you

On an upper body day (Bench or Overhead Press) at the end of your workout.

Are you talking about doing inclines after your 5/3/1 bench?

Yes bc the book says following up whatever ur doing for your main lift with 5x10 at 40% of max

That sounds like "boring but big" and if it is, then you don't have to do that. Do your 5/3/1 bench workout and then follow it up with whatever you want.
