Take it from someone who knows. Take Protein, Creatine, and maybe some glutamine. It's garbage! Save your money. Every 20-Hydroxyecdysterone product is crap. It's nothing more than a marketing scam! I've only heard of a few people who have had success with the Syntrax version called Syntrabol. However, they were using 2000mgs(or 2 grams) a day!! The Prolab version only has 20mgs!!
