Nope just dirty bulking basically. Lots of beef and carbs and whole milk. Still drink between a half and 3/4 gallon a day though

Watch it now, you are starting to add fat and it becomes a slippery slope. You might want to back off the cals for a bit. In fact, a short cut would do you well.
That said, nice job on the muscle you have gained :D.

Alrighty, Chris. what do you recommend that i cut down to? I was starting to notice some fat gain and it kinda scared me. This is me at about 185 now.
