View Full Version : BCAA + settling/efficacy? asas

So I popped open my BCAA + and found that there was, on the surface anyways, some 'clumps'. Once stirred, they couldn't be found. The taste was the same. I'm wondering if the 'settling' of the powder at all reduces it's efficacy?

I've also kept my pre-workout in a cool part of my fridge (Dedicated to supplements) and found that there were some hard clumps in it. Not sure if this is the same thing. Again, when water was added, taste was the same and it dissolved with a few harder shakes.

It's getting hot so I'm trying to keep everything as cool as possible without it being refrigerator cool.

ETA: Sorry about the asas in the title...I hit enter before I meant to. There is no meaning behind it.

That is just a touch of effect from heat and or moisture likely during shipping. No worries.
