new to the forum , ive been following jim wendler's 5/3/1 program for about 2 months now,all my lifts have gone up , now as im approaching football season im cutting down on weight room work and upping the conditioning..

stats.

ht- 6"6
wt- 265
age- 20

1 rep max
squat- 455
deadlift- 425
bench- 275
military press- 175

deadlift
was my "5" week, worked up to 335 and did that for 8.

front squat 3x10 with 225

abs/low back 4 sets

going either sprint or run hills tonight. flip a coin or something

elbows feeling messed up so i didnt do upper this week, im hoping its not tendonitis im going ice it a bunch tonight and hope it feels better.

squat
was my 5 week worked up to 345 and hit that for 5, practice is starting to pick up so im thinking about dialing back my training max.

leg press 3x20 with 300

leg curls 3x15

abs/low back 3 sets of each

did bench today wanted to test out elbow so i went kinda light. went in with the plan just to work up to 185 so i did that and elbow felt fine so going ice all week and start doing some band pulldowns.

frontplate raisex10 lateral raisesx10 rear delt flyesx10 3 sets of that

dumbell row
80x15
90x15
100x19

shrugs 1x100 with 135

hammer curls 3x15

elbow felt fine well see how it is tomorrow

got my schedule messed up so only had enough time to get the main lift

deadlift "3" week got 355 for 5.
