A new PR for me. 455lb for two reps on back squat with only a belt equipped. I would love constructive criticism and tips. Upon my reflection, I believe my knees are going to far forward. Also, sorry for the quality. It was recorded with my friends phone and then forwarded to me, haha.

Excuse the noise, I truly couldn't help it.

I think you should take a bit more time when setting up. I also think you should try to sit back just a little more and push your knees out instead of forward when squatting down.

Good effort though!

I'll echo what Chris stated and suggest you not rush out of the rack. Unrack, pause for a count of 1, take 1 step back, then a second, and then set yourself to squat. As you mentioned, the video is not the best quality and it is tough to tell, but it seems you could go a tad deeper.

Do you think you have optimal tightness with a quick rush out like that?

I doubt anyone would.

Psychologically, yes. Physiologically, no.

One thing I want to work on is taking it out slower while keeping my mind focused. It's easier for me to go quick and get it done at this point in time, although it isn't exactly optimal.
