View Full Version : stripping down for first time ever

Hey, I thought I'd finally for the first time in my life put some effort in and try and cut some of the bulk off of me! Found a new desire to train seriously and thought I'd show you guys :)

In 15 days of low carbs and exercising a high intensity home workout (burpees, squats, press ups, plank etc) as well as my weights I managed to lose 15lbs and keep it off :)

Nice!! I can see definite changes in your stomach, face and arms. What is your goal now?
