View Full Version : Best fat loss diet to mainain/gain muscle

I'm going to start my cutting cycle in september sometime, and I'm starting to think about which diet I should use. What is the best diet for muscle growth and fat loss? Even though alot of people have said simultaneously losing fat and gaining muscle is impossible, I don't think it is. So there must be a diet out there that can help me gain size while losing fat. Anyone have any suggestions?

High Protein, mod carbs, mod/low fats.

Watching carbs is the key.

thanks yates. I was always under the impression that high protein and fat, and low carbs was the go. Fat is a good encourager of anabolism, yeh?

Yates, with this diet you suggest, do you recommend refeeds? If so, when do you think is the best time for refeeds e.g: after workouts, on weekends etc ?
