I'm starting on Cell Tech today, I used some of the bottle about a month ago, but didn't take it regularly. When I finish this tub I was thinking of switching to either AST or Met-rx micronized creatine. I was wondering what everyone's favorite brand was and what you like to mix it with. thanks

I haven't really got on with any type of creatine..
I am on celltech now and I guess I have noticed a small difference, but I cannot afford to take it reguarly...
I have also used prolab stuff, but again got pretty much zilch from it..
Perhaps I am a non/low resonder :(

Right now im Takeing the creatine monhydrate by Pro Lab. Its seem to be doing ok i guess. But before that the only creatine i tried was Cell-tech. It worked pretty good for me. But i noticed i got better results when i even drank more water than i use to. You know what im saying? Like say i drink 2 gallons of water a day regularly, than when i took cell-tech i found better results if i drank an extra half to 1 whole gallon.

I like twinlabs creatine caps, they are easier then the powder for me, just pop like 5-6 of them things and your good. Plus you can bring them places easier....

I like the cell-tech, man. I don't even bother loading, it takes a little longer to kick in, but also lasts longer, and you don't lose as much strength when you stop.
It's convienient for me to drop 2 scoops in a bag with one scoop of designer for post training...it gives me the perfect 4:1 ratio, without getting into measuring cups and scales...

I like EAS Phosphagen(not HP) due to how cheap I got it. A 3lb container for only $45. Everywhere else around sells it for $75 or so.
