View Full Version : 2 meals a day bad?

ok im really not wanting to eat much lately and not that i have something wrong with me just im so busy now its hard to eat and i forget. but here is what im thinking and i think it might be ok.

pre workout: 25g protein with some fats

post workout: 25g whey isolate

meal 1-roasted chicken(2 breasts and 2 thighs)

small shake-25g protein with some fats

meal 2-lean steak cooked on foreman grill

maybe before bed or late a small shake.

now i know it looks like im drinking more then eating but if u count the calories it really isnt that way.

im tryn not to eat so many carbs so i dont :)

What are the total cals like? I can tell you if your not eating enough cals your gonna lose your gains in strength and size.

The shakes count as meals. You're really getting a possibility of 6 meals.

somewhere around 3000 calories.

yeah i know im getting like 6 meals but u know some people dont count shakes cause there not real meals and stuff

Oh ya, I forgot about them shakes. Well if your gettin 3000 cals it sounds alright to me, as long as the cals are according to your goals (bulk or cut), I see no probs.

btw, I'm an advocate of eating real food instead of filling up on shakes, but if it all works for you, by all means, do what you must.
