Max Bench: 141lb - only know this bacause I was pissed once and wanted to prove a point to a mate.
Max Anything Else: Never max out on anything, mainly due to training at home alone and having shoddy equiptment.

Goals

#1To get bigger.
#2To stay reasonably cut at all times.
#3To feel better about my body.

Being the fool I am I didn't even think of that, hit a plateau about 4 weeks back on milli press and switched to behind neck in hoping for more luck only to hit the same situation again.

Nice cuts. Now just eat alot and if you weigh 150 - 160 you're goin to look huge for your size with low bf.
