I got my workout pretty much down pack.

What is giving me the most problems is MY DIET.

Ok I want to lose a few more pounds [10 pounds]. my overall and most important concern is gaining muscle to fill my body out.

I know i get enough protein so i am not worried about that. My concern is the carbs [dont want to eat too much cause of gaining weight.] and just getting enough calories.

what should I a guy at 5'8' 145ibs be eating a day in terms of calories.?

in those calories what should i be eating?

Fruits, Veggies, Bread, Chicken, Rice, Fish, Oatmeal? What.

I currently have egg whites in my diet but I need to get rid of it, I just cant eat it anymore.

With 145 lbs , you dont wanne loose any weigth anymore :)

Get bulking if you wanne add some mass to it.

Yeah why do u wanna lose weight at 145Lbs???

I am your height and if I was 145LBS that would make me about 9-10%bf. I'd start competing ;)
