Does it hurt my diet when i eat a slightly more amount of calories on workout days then on rest days.

Like now , im on a 2000cals diet , eat them on training days as well as on resting days.

Should i increase the cals by 200-300 cals on training days or not ?

Or just keep the 2000cals.
I know its low and i know im gonna loose some muscle but need to get lean first and get a bf% of at least 15%.(im around 20% now)
Then i will bulk up again.

Is it gonna make changes or not ?

If anything ... you should be getting more protein on your rest days.

Is that sufficient enough ?

I think its a good idea. You obviously burn more calories on a workout day than a rest day.

You should also consider carb cycling. Keep carbs lower on off days, and higher on workout days.

Shao-Lin : i weigh +- 182lbs (90kg)

After every workout i do also 40mins very light cardio , to burn the extra fat i have.

Got like +- 22%-24% bf , what is very high , so with the cardio im trying to loose it.

To lose fat you need to burn more calories than are being consumed. In your case this would mean eating less on non-workout days. Make sure you are still hitting all the food groups though. How tall are you anyways dude? 22-24% bodyfat for a 182lbs person seems like a lot unless you are 5'.

I do a similiar diet... i eat roughly 500 cals over my maintenance level during the week and cut back to my maintenance caloric intake on the weekends... this keeps your metabolism from running out of control (or mine at least... cuz i have a really fast one and im pretty young) and also keeps my bodyfat gains at bay.

Raven Blade : im 5'7 (1m76)

I know i still need a lot of fat to loose , in the younger ages , i whas realy fat.

My main problem is the fat roll on my lower belly , and the upper buns ofcourse.

Doing a 2000~2200 cals diet , hope it will be all gone the end of september , so i can bulk up in the winter and put on some mass.
