Hi, if this has been discussed before forgive me for bringing this up again. I am wondering how I go about figuring my daily caloric needs. I am 35yr, 5'10" 158lbs. What I am looking for is my maintanence needs and then I can adjust from there. Do I just have to experiment , count calories and watch the scale? Any info would be appreciated.
