I'd suggest that you take in the Post-Workout Meal with the 8am meal. Post-Workout should contain protein as well as carbs in it. Also, is it feasible to have a whole-food meal sometime after that combined meal? Say about 1.5-2 hours after?

eat more carbs if trying to gain weight especially if your training a lot.

I dont think it's proper to say anyone to eat more,
One should find out himself how much he/she should eat to gain weight or maintain weight..

everyone's different ya know~ lol

Good point 'bomber. IMO, we have to many people around here telling others to just eat and eat and then eat more. (naming names wouldn't be cool, but you know who you are. ;)) His carbs look good to me, however if he really doesn't care to much about gaining some fat then I'd say to go ahead and raise'em. You also have to consider if he's doing any cardio during the week as well. This will certainly increase his caloric needs.

Can we see the amended diet bro?

I updated it again after body's suggestion, so there should be enough carbs.
