Are boiled eggs (those we put in boiling water for a few minutes than drink it) considered as liquid or whole food? More importantly, are the protein sources from them good? I don't care much about the fats thus I consume about 7-8 of them mostly, what do you think?

They are a good source of protein. Not sure about the liquid or solid food, never heard of eggs being cooked like that honestly.
