Testosterone Level

What do you all have to say about natural testosterone level peak in teenage years? In my opinion, someone who had his puberty early will also have his testosterone peak early as well, and vice versa. If you look at Cackerot who is 15 and haven't hit puberty yet, he should get his testosterone peak in his late teenage years/early 20s right? (Sorry Cack, just kiddin :D)

I feel it could be changed by lifting, but have no resarch on this subjest plus genes.
