I am bulking up, and i was wondering if a vanilla milkshake was alright to drink every now and then?

Man Why don't u just by Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder. Mix that with a couple of Ice cubes and some milk and BOOM!!!!!!!!!! U have a VANILLA PROTEIN MILK SHAKE without the god forsaken SUGAR

Sure. If youare trackingyour intake, just factor it in.

If you are 'bulking' like most people, don't worry about it.

Sugar isn't all evil, you know. Plus, a milkshake, due to the fat and protein in it, will have a pretty low GI.

even better if the vanilla comes from vanilla protein!!

thats what i do, well chocolate flavour anyway.

so its not good? people said it was actually good to put some extra sugar in my CELL-TECH, if i could handle the sugar taste.

If you're bulking, then drink da shake, if you're cutting stay away. It's your choice buddy, nobody here knows how your body works, only you do.

I agree, try it out if u wanna and if u gain the weight without losing the gains, stick with it, if not, get rid of it... see how ur body handles it.
