OK, pulled this from another board and almost choked on my sandwich when I read it:

Multiply your weight in KILO (kg) times 10
so if you weigh:
210 pounds, it would be about 95 kilo, multiplied by 10, it equals 950 calories/day to lose weight.

160 pounds, it would be about 72 kilo, multiplied by 10, it would be 720 calories/day to lose weight.

180 pounds, it would be 81 kilo, which is 810 calories a day to lose weight. And so on and so forth.

If you need to convert from Kilo to Pound or vice versa, go to:
(this link also converts to stone, and all kinds of other measurments, very handy for people who like to cook from recipes!)

If you want to control your calories and stay healthy, drink shakes, like slim-fast. They are packed with nutrients your body needs, much much much more healthy than a salad or even a full meal.

Remember that the more weight you lose, the less calories you'll need to eat to lose weight, so I suggest calculating how much calories you should eat once about every 2 weeks.
(if you stick with this diet, I assume you'll lose about 5lbs a week, maybe even more at first)

Good luck on weight loss.

Reading boards other than WBB is dangerous!

AH, the good ol' standby 'starvation diet'.

You'll definitely lose weight on something like that.

What board is that from?

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

There is no doubt that you will lose weight on a diet like that. You could probably lose 10 pounds per week. Unfortunately, the human body can only lose about 3 pounds of fat per week, so much of that is muscle.

It's from some UK fitness board. I honestly couldn't believe some of the s**t I read there but when I saw this, I flipped out.

Really sad thing is that it looks like a lot of 14-18 year olds post questions there and they are just foolish enough to believe someone like that.

Yes it is a sad thing considering virtually everyone who follows those crash diets gains the weight back and then some.
