seafood cocktail

I have been eating tonnes of seafood cocktail.
The nutrients in it seems to be OK.
Can anyone see a problem with eating large amounts of the stuff?

i think it is like coloured mashed fish of some sort that has some starch mixed with it.
it has a red die and looks like fake crab meat - sometimes i have seen it called "seafood extender"

ah....you mean imitation crab?

i thought that was whitefish. i dunno what else is added, without an ingredient list i can't really make an educated guess.
