HI, can anyone help!
Ive been looking at the different breakfast cereals down the local supermarket and the ingredents in most comprise of large amouts of sugar and other crap. I eat oats at present and want another cereal to give the taste buds a change. I have tryed weetabix and shredded wheat but have found that they have high G.I ratings at 70 and 67 so I dont know if they are worth eating, any ideas?

Look into Kashi, I think it is called...

I have not tried it myself, but I know some here do.

Tuttle,
In dealing with the GI scale those numbers are moderate and not high by any means. Also, if you eat some sort of protein and or fat with them then the GI will lower even more. But, you can try these as well....
Cream of Wheat
Cream of Rice
Wheaties
Low-Fat Granola

Also, you can try adding some of the following things to make your oatmeal taste better.
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Artificial Sweetner
Peanut Butter
Protein Powder

Hope this helps you out some. ;)

Kashi cereals are good. There are a couple different ones to choose from. However, if you are that concerned about GI scale, I'd suggest sticking with the oats. So what if you're sick of it - IT WORKS!

I've been eating essentially the same thing day in and day out for the last 12 weeks. Am I sick of it? Yes, all of it. It works too well to change, though.

Bacon = high in saturated fat tuttut

It's probably okay once in a while but bodybuilders tend to pick a food and then eat it daily for 6 months straight.
