Nutrients after cooking pasta?

My pasta says it has, per 85grams:

295 Calories
10 Grams Protein
59 Grams Carbs
2 Grams Fat

This is pre-cooked...does this change much after cooking in plain water? And anyone know roughly how many grams of pasta would fit in 1 cup.

it will be the same.
just the over all weight is more, due to water uptake
