I know carbs are the easiest thing to find when looking at foods, but what are some good wholesome (not suppliments) sources of high carbs (but low sugar)?

Oatmeal, yams, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, potatos........
I could go on but I am on a low carb diet and all this carb talk is kiling me!

Are potatos really okay, i was advised not to have them because of an insulin spike inccuring. Anyone shed some light on this?

Depends on the potato. Sweet potatoes and I think Nu potatoes are low gi. White and yellow ones are higher.

You weigh a lean 200? Nice work, I'd eat about 400+ a day if I was you and trying to put on more size.
