I was reading on bodybuilding.com and i was browsing the Q & A section and there was a statement made that there are two windows of oppurtunity to properly utilize carbs. As soon as you get up in the morning and right after the workout. Is this true, is that the best time to get carbs.
The article said that eating carbs at the wrong time will lead to weight gain. But not good weight gain, get fat weight gain?

That is not correct. You can eat carbs with every meal and still lose bodyfat.
