I'm in my bulking phase...I'm 5'8", 165lbs and trying to mass up.I'm eating as much as I can (all clean foods at 40/40/20 p/c/f) and no matter how much I eat I can't get my daily coloric intake above 2200 2500 tops until I get full.
Any advice on how to up my calories as is? (This is where I expect one of those one line replies that say "Eat More.") Would anyone recommend weightgaining shakes? The labels on those show most calories come from sugar and figured I'd just piss it out eventually.
Any light you can shed would be appreciated.
