I'm in my bulking phase...I'm 5'8", 165lbs and trying to mass up.I'm eating as much as I can (all clean foods at 40/40/20 p/c/f) and no matter how much I eat I can't get my daily coloric intake above 2200 2500 tops until I get full.

Any advice on how to up my calories as is? (This is where I expect one of those one line replies that say "Eat More.") Would anyone recommend weightgaining shakes? The labels on those show most calories come from sugar and figured I'd just piss it out eventually.

Any light you can shed would be appreciated.

Drink some milk. Its easier to take in more calories in liquid form.

2200-2500 is easy to hit, divide your meals up and youll hit it easily, e.g. 600cals x 5= 3000cals, at the moment im on 6 meals at about 3600 and having no problems. Add natural peanut butter, flax, olive oil, xtra milk. Why do you find it hard to get past 2500?

I get full fast heh.

Maybe I need to concentrate on more calorie dense foods?

Increase healthy fats, decrease carbs.

Carbs. take-up a lot of space and you only get 50% of the value of fats. I'm doing an experimantal bulk with a 50% fat diet and having grand success.

Hope this helps.
