I started WBB 1 today with chest.

I will post diet tommorow, I got about half of my diet correct today, will do the full thing tommorow.

Chest:

Flat Barbell Press 185 8x, 185 7x
Low Include Dumbell Press 60 8x, 60 7x
Dips Bodyweight 8x 8x

Chinups Bodyweight 6x 5x
Deadlifts 225 8x 245 8x
Barbell Rows 85 8x 85 8x
Shrugs 185 10x
