i was at the supermarket the other day and came across this kind of flavoured water thing, its got about 25g of carbs, in the form of fructose per liter, with vitamin C, b3, b5, b6 abd b12..

to me it seems like a pretty good alternative to water for those days where u struggle to drink anything, but do yous consider it to be ok to drink 4 liters of this every day instead of normal tap water, or is 100g of fructose way 2 much sugar to consume in a day?

if you are dieting then 100gr of fructose is way too much hell I dont even take any fructose while dieting but thats me , even when bulking IMO daily intake of fructose should not exceed 30gr. Youll find the reason In the carbs thread I just have posted goodluck!!

horrible choice of liquid.

I'd be tempted to go with the aspartame **** before 25g of fructose / liter.

Water is still #1. Drink it.

I remember when I was in the navy, and all of the black people in my class brought in huge 32oz containers with cool aide, whats up with that?? there's no way that much kool aide is healthy for you?

If you don't like plain water try experimenting.

Cut up any one of the following and put it in the water jug:

strawberries
oranges
lemon/lime
kiwi

it adds a bit of flavour...

What's wrong with fructose, isn't it the same kind of sugar that's in fruit? And if it should not exceed 30g per day while bulking, then that would mean eating 2 apples would be too much while bulking. I don't see 2 apples as any problem on mine bulk.

its a problem cause he needs water, not apples or fructose pumped liquids.
