Ok, I done some thinking, and I need some help.
Now I am around 230lbs, 17%+, 6,4 tall, I want to get down to 12-11 % of january, has I have a bet with a mate that my abs will be good and hard at that date, and at the same time keep/gain my strength and gain muscle.
Thats 4 months, now I am not aiming to go get down to something as raw as BCC, but merly 12-11%.
My Diet hasnt been anything special the last weeks, as summertime= poontang huntin season.
this is the food I got in hands reach : harsh Bread, Oatmeal, skimmed milk, tuna fish, dinner usually something with rice, so that will go for RICE, eggs, thats pretty much what I can afford to eat everyday.
