Hey there Tryska and KB -

I'm back in Australia - went to Singapore and worked for a large company. They sacked me after a few weeks because I stood on the toes of the wrong people and it seems my mouth isn't sensitive enough for Asian politics. Hehe - that's cool with me, now here I am in Sydney, living down the street from the KB apparently. I have been working for myself over the past month, so I dont have to suck asses anymore, because I'm not good at it.

Anyway, a bit of a break, a new journal and a new cycle of training.

Yes, I know - but it is not the norm on WBB.
I spend my whole time dividing by 2.2, so I have to have my calculator handy.
Interestingly, there is a good Aussie contingent on the boards at the moment, so that's nice, cause we have a different sense of humour to you guys, even if it is a bit sad at times.

I'm the same Shocker, I do a lot of lifts in kilos, and did when I was at home too, but my gym has a lot of stuff in pounds too so my journal is well confussing!!

I train in North Bondi surf club, best gym in the world. Where else would you have views like that from the gym?? And seeing the water and beach isn't bad either!!!;)

Oi! K-B, I would like to train down there but I have heard that you need to be a member of the surf club which means that you need to train with them a few times a week to be eligible.

The way it works is that you have to be an Active member of the club, meaning you do patrols on the beach during the summer. To do patrols you have to have your bronze medalion which you can rock up to any surf club and do over about 8 weeks of a course. When you get your bronze you start patrolling and then have access to all the facilities in the club.

A lot of the stuff is pretty old in the club, like the changing rooms and racks etc, but the gym has just been done up which is unreal.

It's a great spot and I love the joint. I've also meet loads of great blokes down there (and a few chicks!!;) ), which is important for someone coming over from Ireland and not knowing a lot of people!!!

Leg extensions - another machine with funny writing on it. Mebe it said 130, whatever that means cause i dont think it's pounds. They prolly measured it in gigawatts! (130gigawattsx15)

Seated calf raises - (50kgx10)(60kgx8)(60kgx8)
Abs - which usually consists of
hanging leg raise, feet to bar 2 sets of 15

I think that I weigh, 78kg now, so that's alright with me.
Soon as I start cleaning up my diet a bit, I always feel more fat than if I am eating Burger King.

K-B, are you gonna start sorting yourself out on BF cause we got summer coming up. I was thinking of giving it another month until I start doing cardio.

yes. August is the last month of winter and summer officially starts December. I expect it to get a bit warmer around October.

I've actually started back into full training, so the weight should start falling off me. I reckon I have about 4 kgs of fat to lose. I went from 72 Kgs to 81 in about 3 months bulking. I'm not changing my diet at all, just doing heaps more training. I'm going from about 4 or five training sessions to 10 as of last week. Tell you what though, I'm bloody wrecked!

It's all good!

I just been in Singapore for 6 weeks though so I aint that bad, however went to a tanning salon a while back and the thing scorched my head - what is that all about!

I've been thinking about the beach heaps myself lately, can't wait for summer. I'm actaully swapping to working nights for a while, 6 pm to 2 am, so I'll be down there all the time, can't wait! Might get a bloody tan going!!

As regards losing fat, well it's happening already, slowly but surely. As I've said, I'm not dieting or taking any suppliments to lose weight, just letting all the additional training I'm doing look after it.

military press - (50kgx8)(55kgx6)
lateral raise - (40kgx8)(45kgx5)
incline skull crush - (35kgx8)(35kgx6)
then I fukced up on some rope pulldowns and went to do some db prench press w 40kg DB instead but couldn't because of that other wank exercise
ez bar bicep curl - (40kgx8)(45kgx6)
hammer curl - (20kgx5)(20kgx5)
hanging leg raises knees to chest 15x2 0kg weight because the bar is too close to the floor !!! usually use 12.5kg for 10
45 degree incline situps - 10kg plate to forehead 12 reps 2 sets
side bends - 30kg DB either side for 12 reps and 2 sets
45 degree incline situps w. twist 1 set 8 either side.

Thanks a lot for the support man. My measurements are all in my signature. Along with how long I have been training, etc. Yeah that sucks man pics are really the way to go. Good way to get a good idea of your physique etc. I mean measurements mean something too but you could have no definition at all - do you understand what I am saying?

thassright, but it isn't them, this is Living Well in North Sydney near my work. I let my Fitness First membership expire and will be returning to a single gym membership for a while.

the BJ fitness first is OK, but could do with more plates, the DB go heavy and they have some decent chin bars and platforms etc.

this other one sucks tho -
