I was wondering if anybody has tried or know someone who has done the rest-pause traing? If so what were the results? Good, ok , bad? Im thinking about do the rest-pause my self or trying the wannabe big routine. Any opinions on the rest-pause?

Rest-pause, if you have a training partner to do it with, is an awesome training technique. I have used it with fantastic results in the past.

It would work for some exercises (like curls), but would be very awkward if not impossible for others (like bench press).

I use it for biceps, and a few others, but agree with chris on certain exercises its important you have a spotter..

Unless of course you like getting crushed :D

Rest - Pause is very effective and I use it quite alot. I disagree with some of the guys here as it can be used on a hell of a lot of things.
The method is simple do a set of say 8 reps on the bench and put the bar back. Rest for 10 secs then blast out another 2 reps. Repeat until you can't do a single rep. As Hulk says a spotter is imperative, but it is anyway when doing excersies like bencing etc.
