ok, u kno how people say dont eat after 7pm or something like that
what is the purpose of that rule?
is it because u shouldnt eat within 3 hours of sleep?
rite now i have horrible sleeping hours, i sleep at around 5-7am, no i dont have any problems, just used to it :(
but would it be ok to eat at like around 1-2am? if i sleep at 5am or later?

also eating breakfast is suppose to be really important, and say if i wake up at around 3pm is eating rite when i wake up still could be considerd my breakfast meal? or would it be to late, since breakfast is very important...?:help: :help: :help:

Actually, I eat right before I go to bed. Many people on this board do.

I usually eat something about 20 to 30 minutes before I go to bed and eat something within 1/2 an hour of getting up. I don't think I've gone more than 9 hours without eating in 5 months.

Ah, but what makes you fat is taking in more calories than you expend.....especially, bad chose of calories.

Ditto.

I eat about 1/2 hour before slumber, recall you're fasting for the duration of your sleep.

Consume healthy (zap sugars, simple carbs, etc.) meals, monitor calories IN/OUT and you'll be fine.

Breakfast is the generic term for the first meal consumed after your daily period of extended sleep to the tune of 5,6,7,8,9 or ? hours.

I'm not a big fan of eating before I go to bed, but that's just to monitor my calories. I somtimes eat some cottage cheese, or some tuna, something that is loaded with protein to get that slow release of protein during the night. That expensive supplement stuff made for the night........bag it, just eat some protein rich food. You'll feel fuller.

What makes you fat is eating too much and/or eating junk food all the time and having no lasting activity.

Eating before bed isn't what causes it =).

Same here. If I don't eat before bed I'll wake up at 2:00 AM starving.
Right now I'm eating a whole pound (2 cups) of cottage cheese before bed and I'm not putting on any fat.

Cottage cheese is the goods, the fatfree stuff is about a perfect food. 1% is even better with the fat, and the protein ratios. It even has a low amount of carbs. If you're hungry before you go to bed, I know cottage cheese in some situtions is bad, but this one is good.
