I can't seem to find any non-advertisement based information on the quality of egg protein.

At this site - http://www.goodegg.com/protein.html they sell dried egg whites at $5.95/lb shipped.

That seems like a decent deal, if it is worth it. I planned on sticking some egg protein in my oatmeal to make my meal requirements quicker.

I am assuming that Egg has a longevity in the body similar to that of casein. Peaks lower than whey but stays in your system longer. That's just a guess on my part. Last time I guess I ended up in prison for 3 months. I can't discuss this any further due to pending litigation.

thanks and ninja boner.

I wouldn't obsess over digestion speed. Even whey digests slowly if taken with other food.

That being said egg protein is very high quality, second only to whey in biological value

I'm not obsessing but if you're going to do something, why not do it right? Especially since $5.95/lb isn't that expensive. That much would last me almost 2 years if used once daily.

There is a good WBB article on eggs. See it here (http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=55).

I've read that article and it is very good.

I am more interested in the quality of supplemental egg protein (ie the dried egg whites). I rarely see people talk about it.
