Only in the last 3-4 months have I really gone full out on the diet part of bodybuilding (for shame). I've really cleaned up my cards and increased the amount of protein I ingest. The benefits have been outstanding but I've noticed in the last few weeks (since I started WBB #1) that my "waste" volumes have gone down. This reminds me of when I did a cycle about 10+ years ago and I was eating tons... and taking little poopies. :mad:
I hope this is a good sign that my body is using more of what's being consumed and that I can expect even better gains over the next 8 weeks of WBB #1.
