...for bodybuilders (and normal people for that matter) of fiber and potassium.

I know fiber helps with protein synthesis and fat burning, regularity, and etc... plus the potassium helps your body absorb vitamins and protein.

So what would be the daily requirement of these vitamins/minerals, etc...?

I'm not completly certain, but I think the potassium intake should be the same as your sodium intake, because they equilibrate.

fiber - everyone needs at least 30g a day (although most people [I]claim[\I] they do ok without that much)
