international is usually cheaper, but theres also the chance of having your stuff seized. there are boards that have international sources posted openly but not domestic. used to be boards that posted domestic sources but it was causing problems.

if you get a source dont just jump right in.. ask the mods there if they are legit first. remember you are always gonna be taking a risk.
