I just have two quick questions about pre-contest dieting...

1) At what point should I worry about my sodium intake in the last few weeks before a contest? Around 2 weeks before or closer?

2) This could really depend on the person... but... What should my carb levels be during the last week and ...most importantly... the day before and the day of the contest?

You don't need to manipulate sodium until the last couple of days.

It does depend on the person....the day before/of comp, assuming your are dry (have cut your water) then you can get a whackload of carbs into you...but it really does depend on each person, their diet prior to, and their insulin resistance....best thing to do is a trial run 2-3 weeks out.
