Is a hot dog a good thing to eat when bulking up? I get tired of eating grilled chicken and tuna all the time and im looking for more choices.
So is hot dogs a good idea? with or without chili?
I am also about to start eating egg whites almost every morning.
About how much protein do they have per egg? and what ways can i cook them?

So does that seem ok for bulking or too fatty?
Oh and yes, hot dogs are great. :D

Not necessarilly too fatty (of course that depends on how much fat you want in your diet). But it's a poor choice of fat, I haven't looked up in the specific nutrition info on it, but I'm guessing most of the fat is saturated, since most animal fats are. Believe it or not I they do make fat free hot dogs (how? I don't know) but they exist, probably processed like a b*tch though. It's up to you though

there are some soydogs at walmart, they look good, and are big, i was gonna get some for the last camping trip but forgot
IMO you should have titled this
Yay, nay, or YUCK
I think hot dogs are gross! They could be okay for an occasional treat for you, but you should stick to higher protein meats such as beef, chicken, and tuna.

I would save the hot dogs (without the bun) for your next cutting phase as it's got a good mixture of Protein and Fat. If you're sick of Tuna and chicken, get some lean steaks.

Yup, hot dogs do not belong in any healthy person's diet. protein. Hot dogs are the stuff that is left over after the good portions of meat are sold separately. On top of that, they are loaded with tons of additives and junk. My advice is to not eat them at all.
