here is my diet I think it's not bad But what about u ppl??
I'm 19 75kg weight (approx 185p) 178 high
Beakfast: 6 eggs (1 whole 5whites) with green onion + 1 glass of yogurt.
snack: Protein shake(1/2 L of milk, frozen fruits, oats, banana and some of carrots)
Lunch:1 can tuna or mixure vegetables with 1 glass of yogurt.
snack: protein shake and 1 apple .
dinner: chicken breast with soya bean or black bean or liver.
before bed: 1glass of lemon juice.

Is that you? If so, you look great, good work! Your diet looks clean and smart choices of food, but what exactly are asking?

Dude is that you in that pic? If so, you're ovbiously doing something right.
Are you cutting right now? Cause I don't see much carbs in that diet.....

and the man in the pic is not me :D it is lebanese champion and I'm looking to be like him :strong: nice body huh ;)
and how to get much carbs? I heard oat is good source for carbs and vegetables, milk and banana aren't these enough?WHAT IS THE SOLUTION IF IT"S NOT?

Oats are excellent, so are any whole grain products. Veggies and pasta are also good, especially whole wheat pasta. Your diet looks good but looks more like a typical cutting diet than bulking. It doesn't matter than much as long as your eating enough cals, but maybe some more carbs would help pack on some mass.
