How many of you eat the chicken with the skin on? I know there is some fat in the skin, but how much?

I don't know the answer to this question, but the people deserve to know, we should get a team working on this around the clock.

The skin IS damn tasty, especially with 11 herbs and spices coating it....
But it's full of fat and is essentially empty calories. SO if you have room for 'em, and you like it, leave it on. Otherwise, skin it.
it may be tastey. but not as tastey as a beef burger with lots of cheese and mayo.

Chicken is nasty with no skin... If you can handle the fat, leave it on!

You don't need to remove all the skin if you love the taste so much.

Skin it before you cook it unless you want the extra fat. A piece of paper towel lets you get a good grip on the skin.
