Let me introduce my self. Im from Washington DC, 17 y/o, 5' 10, and 175 pounds. I have been lifting for a year, and reading this forum for a few months. I started to get more serious in the past few months since i started working at a gym. The forum looks like it has a great crowd, with good advice.

Currently i am in a cutting phase. I have opted for a high fat/high protien/low carb split. I was just looking for some input on the numbers below. They seem to be working, and i cheat once a week week when i go out and party.

Average Calories
source grams cals %total
Total: 2084
Fat: 117 2056 52%
Sat: 37 336 17%
Poly: 13 116 6%

Carbs: 62 221 11%
Fiber: 7 0 0% (does not figure in supplement)

Thanks alot.

The saturated fat content looks a bit high to me. I'd aim to get monounsaturated to be the highest amount of fat w/ poly- and saturated next (hopefully poly- higher or about even with saturated at least).

Make sure you eat clean...splits look decent to me. What kind of foods are you eating to get such high saturated fat content?
