Let me introduce my self. Im from Washington DC, 17 y/o, 5' 10, and 175 pounds. I have been lifting for a year, and reading this forum for a few months. I started to get more serious in the past few months since i started working at a gym. The forum looks like it has a great crowd, with good advice.
Currently i am in a cutting phase. I have opted for a high fat/high protien/low carb split. I was just looking for some input on the numbers below. They seem to be working, and i cheat once a week week when i go out and party.
