Today i had 5 meals and going to have another in an hour. I feel great i thought i couldn't eat so much but i can. The more meals you have the better. If you have just 3 big meals you'll feel super hungry between and once you get your second or 3rd meal you'll be filled till bed time. And it worksout to only maybe 2400 cal. But if you tryin to bulk up thats not enough if you have fast metobolism. With 6 meals a day you could have 3500 kcal like nothing. Just something to think about when your a biginner.
