G'day people

Has anyone heard of something called the Animalbolics diet?

I heard about it and apparently it works really well in reducing body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass.

I believe it's based around the timing of your carb intake to reduce insulin release.

Anyone know about it or used it??

from what i read, it says that eating 5-6 meals a day isnt neccesarily good, and the best time to eat is after u work out.

All this talk of ketosis, pfff real ketosis actually kills you pretty quickly and the only person I know who actually entered ketosis was my sister when she got type 2 juvenille onset diabetes , she was in hospital for about a week and lost about 15kg in 3 days. Now that **** will kill you.

This animalbolics BS tells you to have a coffee for breakfast lets see how long you last at work and how many mistakes you make because you cant think straight, then it tells you to eat something of low GI and then go have your workout ...hahahahaah yeah no worries aye, go drop a bar on your chest if you like this diet.
