I think cantoulope is. 100% Vitamin A, 100% Vitamin C (both powerful antioxidants), 2.5g fiber, low calorie, and beta carotene (as Vit. A)
What other fruit offers all that?

I know strawberries are good, low sugar, high fibre, and pretty tastey too.

BLUEBERRIES AND TOMATOES (yum)
According to a 1997 study at Rutgers, kiwifruit is the most nutrient dense fruit of all common fruits. Kiwifruit have more Vitamin C than oranges, more potassium than bananas, plus lutein, fiber, copper, folate, magnesium, and vitamin E.

Bannanas are very good for weight lifting because they have a lot of potassium and that helps your muscles to keep from cramping.

No real point here...Most fruits are much more nutrient dense if you can choke down the skins (including oranges, cantalope, strawberries, kiwi etc). Get a juiceman.

i dont think theres much point, doesnt your body only absorb so much of a nutrient at one time?
